About L.H.C. Carpentry

Although an independent carpenter, Brad is part of a design-build cooperative of carpenters.  What this means is that no project or requirement is too large or too small.  He can coordinate with other skilled professionals to build whatever plan comes before them.  This LHC Carpentry Cooperative – reflecting the last names of the three principal carpenters: Brad Lingham, Charlie Hodgman, Paul Cook , who work with a designer, Sam Savage. They can put together build-able plans with plumbers, electricians, plasterers, floor installers, painters, etc.

Brad Lingham and his wife Christina live in Holliston, Massachusetts and have three grown daughters.  Together the family is building a house in Harrisville, New Hampshire in the Mt. Monadnock region.  Building a home for your family is excellent schooling for guiding clients in their own projects.
Charlie Hodgman is a master carpenter with over 36 years in the carpentry business. His specialties are finish carpentry and project management. He’s known for his problem-solving skills, and our clients find that there are few challenges he cannot resolve.  Cameron Hodgman has worked with his father and the LHC Cooperative for summers and school vacations since 2005, and is carrying on the family tradition.
Paul Cook has been an independent carpenter in and around Holliston, Mass. since he and his family moved here six years ago.  When not leading his own remodeling, restoration or painting jobs, he joins the LHC Carpentry Cooperative with a complete tool bag of skills from rough framing and site work to interior work painting and tiling.  Paul is a renaissance carpenter with a range of skills and experience to bring to every project.
